We offer a conditional money-back guarantee for our paid A1 and A2 Fast-Track Programs under the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Refund:

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You have completed the entire course, including watching all video lessons, completing exercises, and following the daily structure.

  2. You have taken the official German language exam (e.g., Goethe, Telc) within the specified time period (see below).

  3. You did not pass the exam, and can provide:

    • A valid exam result/certificate clearly showing that you did not pass.

    • Proof of course completion (lesson progress, screenshots, learning history, etc.).

    • Your exam date must align with the course structure and timeline.


Course Timeline Requirements:

To ensure a structured learning process, the following timelines must be followed:

  • Fast-Track A1 Course
    You must take the exam after 4 weeks of purchasing the course. This ensures that you followed the course in a day-by-day structure as intended.

  • Fast-Track-A2 Course
    You must take the exam after 5 weeks of purchasing the course.

Exams taken significantly before these periods will not be eligible for a refund, as they do not reflect active participation in the structured course plan.


Refund Request Window:

  • You must submit your refund request within 60 days of purchasing the course.

  • Requests submitted after 60 days from the purchase date will not be eligible, regardless of exam outcome.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You did not take the official exam.

  • You failed the exam but cannot provide valid proof of course completion or exam results.

  • You did not follow the daily learning structure of the course.

  • Your refund request is made after 60 days of course purchase.

  • You purchased the course and simply changed your mind or didn’t use it.

This refund policy is in place to protect both the learner and the integrity of our course. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of the course and refund terms.
